I am a BCs Hons student (2010) who now has a passion for getting the best out of people.

I have been prepping athletes for some time for both bodybuilding/ fitness shows and also spots specific events.

I have worked with Rob since December 2013 when I started prep for my first competition. I came to Rob never having trained, pretty much only doing cardio and eating about 800 calories a day. We began with a reverse diet to increase my calories and then dialed it in to get me stage ready for the Miami pro in April 2014 where I placed 5th in the bikini category. I have followed a diet/ reverse diet plan ever since and have competed in a further 6 competitions (USN Bodypower Champion, top 10 at the 2015 British Finals, 2x 3rd places & 4th place).
There are very few prep coaches who care as much as Rob, he invests his time and emotion and is always willing to help (even people who are not his clients).
I honestly cannot recommend Rob enough. It is so important to be able to trust the person who preps you, and Rob makes that easy with his professionalism and seemingly endless knowledge.

I'm the person who's tried every fad diet and the latest supplement that's going to make all the difference this time and I was losing hope until I got in touch with rob. My physique now changes weekly and so does my overall performance with structured plans I no what I'm doing and when. I couldn't recommend rob enough, always there to answer questions so you no why you're doing something rather then just doing it.

Since joining Robs team my physique and my overall training has reached a new level. Rob is meticulous in his methods and always has the knowledge to back this up. Motivation and support is key to his success as his record in 2015 speaks for itself. If your serious about competing or changing your body composition join the team now.
