Stephen Box, my inspiration, coach and GOD!

Stephen has not only given me focus but he has completely changed my life. Stephen sets my macros and provides me with a training plan, we speak every 2 weeks to gauge progress and discuss any questions I have. Through photos and feedback we monitor my results and ensure I am on track to my goals.

Stephen has shown me how to train, eat and compete like a champion, he has given meaning to my goals. With hard work and determination and a coach like Stephen, NOTHING WILL GET IN YOUR WAY!

I am at the lightest weight I have ever been and I feel great, my first competition was on 15.11.15, with Stephen's guidance and expertise when I walked on stage for the first time I completed the biggest challenge of my life with confidence, excitement and a winning smile.

Stephen without you I wouldn't be where I am today, thank you!

Stephen has changed my life completely, I am so excited and privileged to start my prep for the Arnold Classic South Africa with him. He listens to your needs, understands life struggles and keeps you motivated to get through ANYTHING. My body, mind and spirit has done a complete 180 since I have had Stephen coach me. My view on food, nutrients and training has drastically changed and I truly feel my body grow weekly. I will always be thankful for his advice and kind words, his support, motivation, loyalty to his clients and most importantly for his honesty.

I wanted Stephen to be my coach after I listened to his lectures on the Body Type Nutrition course. His attitude towards competition and physique prep is straight forward but so effective. He makes dieting easy and stress free. Stephen makes you feel like you are his only client which is important for me.

I have only been working with Stephen for 3 months but I am already in the best shape I have ever been. I have learned so much from him as Stephen educates you along the way.

Working with Stephen is about accountability & having someone to guide, support & keep me on track in terms of progression of my physique. I've been in the industry a long time (10years) & for the first time I feel like I have stability & goals to work towards but still have flexibility to live a life.
My physique has improved but also my own level of coaching clients being part of the process that Stephen delivers. His accuracy & attention to detail in his work have been two areas benefitting me. He brings knowledge & personal experiences to his work perfectly as a coach, taking high level research, delivering it in a palatable fashion & talking about his journey in a motivational & inspiring way.
A prep coach has job preparing you for an event but has to be able to understand & connect with you as a person to enable your journey to that event to be as enjoyable & successful as possible. Stephen does that & its a pleasure to be working with him now & in the future. Top Coach, Top Ma

Genuine, kind, enthusiastic, helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful, hardworking, approachable, I could go on.

I came to him after a comp prep with another coach, where I was lean YES, but I was not healthy. Endless cardio, restricted foods, low calories. I had a lot of health problems, physically and psychologically.

I teamed up with Stephen for this prep and wow!

I still eat the foods I enjoy, I haven't done silly amounts of cardio and I haven't excessively cut calories. The result?

I am lean as hell, healthy, positive in mind, full of energy, loving my food, loving my training. A world of difference.

I cannot state highly enough the level of quality he brings to his work, from the resources and content he provides, to his unwavering levels of knowledge, support and guidance. The level of contact particularly during peak week which is notoriously known for being very stressful, was simply outstanding!

I would now consider Stephen a good friend and not just an awe

Stephen has been phenomenal so far. I came to him on a sub 2000 calorie diet which I'd been on for just over 6 months. Yes I'd gone from 80kg to 73kg but I didn't enjoy training and I was weak.

After 3 months together, He's boosted my calories to 2600, reduced my training schedule to 5 hours a week & i'm now leaner/stronger than ever. Combine this with the fact I'm current moving countries with work, I have goodbye/leaving do's etc - Stephen understands that his clients have lives & he guides you through (and that doesn't mean telling you take tupperware to these things).

So to sum up - great guy & better coach. Can't recommend him enough.
