Sean's experience includes everything from being a competitive athlete and natural bodybuilder himself to having numerous internationally accredited training certifications to working with other top trainers at some of the most prestigious fitness centres across North America.

I felt like a million bucks all through my prep. By far the best coaching I've ever had. I can't wait to get on a UFE stage with Sean behind me again. I felt satisfied and prepared along my whole jouney.

Sean is a fun to work with and a true professional. When I started with him, my aim was to increase upper body strength and to improve overall functional capacity. He helped me achieve these goals in less than a year and I've gotten into the best shape of my life with his guidance this is after having 2 kids! I was provided a customized meal plan and new training programs every 4 weeks. If you want results that are sustainable, he is your go-to person.

Sean got me in the BEST shape of my life for my competition. His meal plan was not restrictive or hard on the body, it was very easy to follow and I never felt hungry or tired like some people do when they are dieting. Because of this and because of his guidance I never experienced any post competition rebound. His workout programs are are also great, he always changes my training routine up and I am continuously gaining muscle and making improvements. He is amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone but Sean when it comes to fitness and competition prep.

I am beyond satisfied with Sean's online training! My body was stuck in a status quo and finally Sean was able to provide the right type of training to put some muscle mass on my body. The meal plan is great! My body never feels hungry! He is awesome!

Sean has exceptional knowledge of anatomy and physiology when it comes to training and contest prep. The diet plan he provided was not only easy to follow but safe and made good clinical sense. After trying other coaches, Sean's plan yielded far superior results in a HEALTHY way. I did not experience the negative physical effects many report post competition. I highly recommend him.
